Go to ER: Heroin effects need to be evaluated without delay. You don't know what was in the heroin, possible infection if shared needle, etc. Why are you shooting up heroin? Auscultation and sp02 normal. Good X-ray w/in last month. Spirometry 2day. Why more dyspnea a week after quitting than ever while smoking? Throat itchy & left lung feels numb. 24/7, unlike w/ panic.
More sensitive.: It could be that your lungs are more sensitive due to the cessation of smoking and they've opened up more, this letting in particles that trigger a response. It also could be that you've developed allergies to air particles, etc.. Your reflux and anxiety might also contribute.
