Type of food intake irrelevant, calories in versus calories out. 2)BUT! much/most of the weight loss will be from MUSCLE (bad) unless exercise goes along with the dieting. Check BMR: You should check your basal metabolic rate, your body composition and talk to your primary physician. You shall eat calories equal to your BMR and take good vitamins and minerals. Exercise: Sweating is not necessarily an indication of whether or not you are burning calories and in turn losing weight. People that go into saunas or steam rooms sweat quite a bit, but that sort of weight loss is only transient and a couple bottles of water could put that weight right back on. Bascially starvation ( the amount a 50- 60 lb individual would need )and could lead to serious problems .You are not giving you body enough energy ( food is energy) to function.
