Ovarian mass: Oarian cancer is a solid cancer which means- some sort of mass/es would be there in ovary that is going to cause the increase size of the ovary. Ovary can also enlarge due to other benign condition such as simple cyst/physiologic cysts, polycystic disease etc. Especially at child bearing age, cysts would come and go, and majority of those cysts would be benign. A better scenario could be that you are having these symptoms due to fluctuations in your hormone levels. Probably not: There are many causes for one-sided pelvic pain, and it depends on which side. Ovarian cysts, endometriosis, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, urinary stones, pelvic infections, and even simple constipation can cause this.
