Ovarian mass: Oarian cancer is a solid cancer which means- some sort of mass/es would be there in ovary that is going to cause the increase size of the ovary. Ovary can also enlarge due to other benign condition such as simple cyst/physiologic cysts, polycystic disease etc. Especially at child bearing age, cysts would come and go, and majority of those cysts would be benign. Ovarian cysts, endometriosis, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, urinary stones, pelvic infections, and even simple constipation can cause this.
