You Got Back??: Well, they say bananas have lots of patassium in them (so-so) and that the complex carbohydrates impede rapid absorption of the sugars, i.e. low glycemic index (maybe) and that they don't have a lot of calories (sort-of: 100 calories or so for a medium sized one), so if you adjust the calories in your daily diet, knock yourself out. Avocados have a very healthy fat that is great for the body and skin. Bananas are high in potassium and calm the brain with tryptophan. Peanut butter is ok, but get an organic brand with cashews instead.
