However, if you have a history of breast cancer or if you find a lump in your breast or axilla (armpit), then you should check with your doctor since breast cancer frequently travels to bone. Muscle pain likely: Most back pain in young active males is from muscle strain . Why do you think it's cancer? Does someone close to you have cancer or has recently died'? A good exam from your doctor ( or urgent care if you don't have a doc) can reassure you. Tell them why you are concerned and give a good history of your pain. YES IT WILL: The pain comes after you are up and about.It is more likely to be muscular but it may be originnating from the spine but unlikely mri will show the bones and if there is herniated or bulging disc ot spinal stenosis.Consult your doctor, it is very unlikely that you have cancer but have it checked by your doctor. ...Read more
