I have very bad acne since the age of 17. Nothing helps me I've tried birthcontrol, acazone, tazorac (tazarotene) , spiromolactone & i feel its even worse! help!?

Details matter: Which birth control? Some birth control makes acne worse, some make it better. How long? Spironolactone dose? Duration? Usually it takes 3 months to appreciate results.
