My vulva is very itchy at times. I did feel a tiny pimple and now its gone. Its slightly swollen. Is there any OTC creams that I could try?

Try...: Vagisil or Replens to help with the dryness and itchiness. If this does not help the symptoms in a few days, I would recommend an evaluation with a gynecologist to determine if you have a yeast or other vaginal infection. Also, they can consult with you about possible hormone replacement therapy. ...Read more
