Most likely not.: Most ovarian cysts, even those with a glandular component, are benign, altho they can be quite painful. Multiple and/or recurrent cysts are, unfortunately, fairly common. Please follow up with your doctor. While you may need a repeat cystectomy, we can offer medications that help prevent recurrences. I know you're uncomfortable but please don't worry about cancer.
