Most likely not.: Most ovarian cysts, even those with a glandular component, are benign, altho they can be quite painful. Multiple and/or recurrent cysts are, unfortunately, fairly common. Not usually: Serous cystadenoma (sc) of ovary is a common benign (not cancerous) tumor highly unusual to turn into cancer unless it is classified as serous borderline cystadenoma.
