Not typically: If the pain is running from your lower back down your leg i would be more worried about something like sciatica where the nerve e down the back of your leg is pinched or trapped or inflamed leading to those symptoms. If the pain is running from your anus or near there down your leg than i could see how bad perianal pain might feel that way. Best to see an md to help u differentiate. ...Read more

Recommend evaluation: Symptoms may suggest lumbar spine or neuromuscular pathology caused by vitamin deficiencies or hormone and electrolyte imbalances. Questions regarding other sxs should be addressed. You could schedule a consult or see your PCP. I recommend further evaluation with lab tests including B12, CK, TSH and a basic metabolic panel as well as an MRI of lumbar spine and if negative an electromyelogram. ...Read more
