No: Just drink normal water which is going to have ph of 6-8. We know acidity is horrible for enamel, but it is quite likely that alkalinity beyond 8 isn't healthy either, despite what you may see on the internet. Why would you do it: I would not do this as we do not know what you put in the water. PLease use plain water and not something that is abnormal.
