Not so good: Caffeine alongside b vitamins (in energy drinks) have stimulating effects and can worsen anxiety and panic disorder. Part of treatment involves lowering caffeine intake. Alcohol can temporarily lower anxiety only briefly, but once out of your system, anxiety worsens and panic attacks can be worse. On average, alcohol worsens panic disorder. A number of them: B"sd putting it backwards metformin, glip1 agents (byetta. victoza (liraglutide) etc), ddp4 (januvia, tradgenta etc), 1 glucosidase (precose etc) can all give diarhea.
