Lymph node swelling: This location of lymph node swelling typically associates with an inflammatory reaction at the elbow or below, in your forearm or hand. Did you have an IV in your arm or hand? What causes pain in my lower and mid back and in my abdomen in the front and it's really bad pain? Can it be kidney stones or something else?

Pain syndrome: Your pain pattern is not typical of kidney stones. Kidney stone pain is typically flank and not mid back nor mid abdomen. This appears to be something else - like intestinal pain, intestinal colic, and/or muscle spasms in your back. What triggers pain? What relieves pain? When does pain appear? What work up have you had? ...Read more

Risk of obstruction: Nausea may indicate your kidney function is becoming impaired from dehydration and possibly obstruction.
Infection and fever due the obstructing stone is a risk.
The edema is not likely related unless the kidney function is severely impaired.

Pain for 3 days now on my back left side to my abdomen. It hurts more when I yawn or inhale deeply. My urinalysis is 2-5wbc/hpf. Is this kidney stone?

Many possibilities: Well there can be similarities with a kidney stone one would find blood in the urine. I assume since you had a urinalysis that you had a medical evaluation. I would recommend that you evaluate those areas of your anatomy close to the area you have your symptoms this could be the chestwall, lungs, the abdomen. And the intestines. We might also consider your muscles. ...Read more

I have a kidney stone embedded into my kidney tissue but my kidney has intense pain along with my lower abdomen what should I do? ER worthy?

See my remarks: A stone embedded in kidney usually does not cause pain.
However if you have pain radiating to lower abdomen, you need an x-ray /cat scan.
How do you know you have a stone? An x-ray must have been done. With symptoms, you need to have professional advice. If there is a medical Ctr in your city, visit it

I get a pain in my lower left abdomen. Really sharp. I have a concern due to the fact I have a lot of kidney stones. But it's not kidney stone they sa?

Get seen fast.: I would seriously get this worked up soon because it could be several things, not the least of which is a possible ectopic pregnancy. If you had your period, it's unlikely to be an ectopic pregnancy, but it still can be serious, like an intestinal block, diverticulitis, or what is known as a volvulus, or twisting of a bowel segment. It might even be a hernia, so see your doctor for a full workup. ...Read more
