Get checked: Pain in the right side could be your colon, especially since you say you are experiencing constipation. Adhesion/FB?: Nobody can have a diagnosis without you being examined properly . If the two are related what comes in mind is adhesions after surgery with possible intermittent bowel obstruction, . Probably not...: Air used to inflate your colon & permit inspection during the colonoscopy procedure may persist for several hours. Post polypectomy syndrome can occur at sites of electrocautery. Microperforations, colon abrasions, laceration or trauma to adjacent solid organs may not be readily apparent at onset. Fever, bleeding, abdominal tenderness, weakness, vomiting are worrisome signs.
