5months menses twice amonth, I made an ultrasaund, uterus, ovaries were normal. Papsmear didn't do. I have abdominal distension&gases.doctor give yasmin0,03?

Regulation of bleed: With abnormal uterine bleeding like you have had, I'm glad you had an ulltrasound but I would still recommend going back for the pap smear as well to rule out cervical problems causing the bleeding. The Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) will hopefully regulate your hormones and periods better if the hormones are the cause of your twice monthly periods in the next 3 months or so. Need to rule out cervix as the cause though. ...Read more

Constipation. Abdominal distension. 2x bm/mo only with laxative. Extremely painful with a lot of red blood in toilet. Anus feels pushed out (?).

Bad constipation: You may have hemorrhoids from all the straining. You need a better bowel regimen of medicine to have more frequent bowel movements. Stool softeners (like colace) do little to help. Try mirilax (you can take daily and very safe but take few days to work). You should also try an enema daily. If these don't work, then strong meds like magnesium citrate might be needed. ...Read more

Getting h. Pylori breath test in a couple of weeks. Wondering if symptoms of severe abdominal distention and extreme gas could show false weight gain?
