I have bad health aniexty. My heart rate is usually 86+. I've been calmer lately and it's around 71. Normal?
I was working and lifting food into cars in the hot sun some stuff heavy some not and my heart rate was 86-93-98-97-96 normal? I can feel it beating!
That's good: You should be able to feel your heartbeat when you're exerting yourself. Almost all of the "pop" stuff you read about heart rate is basically science-fantasy. You should be proud of the level of fitness that enabled you to do this kind of work, and it would be great if you were to enhance it even more with some serious aerobic exercise -- training with race-runners. Increased heart rate: Exercise is cardiovascular (aerobic) if you raise and elevate your heart rate for an extended period of time. Preferably you would like to elevate your pulse to 65-85% of your max hr. Max hr= 220- age. So for example if you are 30yo your max hr = 190 BPM and you would want to elevate your heart rate to at least 125 to 162.
