Is a five hour energy every day bad for you in the long run?

Is a five hour energy every day bad for you in the long run?

I would say so: For the most part; any of these "attention getting" products are not very good {short or long term} for you as they usually contain an extreme amount of sugar. If you find yourself having 'energy' problems make sure you start out the day with a healthy breakfast, drink plenty of water, and take a vitamin b complex supplement of your diet is poor. ...Read more

Drink More Water: I don't know why this is happening but it could be due to dehydration. Symptoms of dehydration include headache, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, etc. If it bothers you, get things checked out by your doctor. In the meantime, try drinking a lot of water (at least a quart) before you go running and a full quart when you get back. If your symptoms improve, you were dehydrated. ...Read more

Bad cold have a sore throat running nose and no energy but no fever

Sore : Sore throat is a fairly common symptom associated with many illnesses. Most of the time it resolves on its own without any other issues. Occasionally it can be due to something more serious that needs treatment. Reasons to seek care are: - any fever - since it could be strep and you can't tell without an exam/testing - if it lasts longer than 3 or 4 days - any difficulty opening your mouth - unable to swallow - severe pain - bleeding in the throat - redness or swelling on the outside of the neck - any difficulty breathing or noisy breathing in the meantime, taking Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain, drinking plenty of fluids such as hot tea/broth or cold liquids and a spoonful of honey can help. Good luck! ...Read more

My 5 year old has been running a fever suddenly of 101-102, no energy, and bad breath. No redness of throat and no congestion.

Rest, fluids and...: Fever is how our body fights infection. It is most likely that she has a viral infection. Antibiotics won't help and medicine like Tylenol (acetaminophen) will sabotage her immune system and prolong her illness; OK to give that if she feels miserable but best to let it run its course. She should rest and have lots of fluids. Avoid sweets. Chicken soup and vitamin C may help. See Dr. if not better in a few days. ...Read more

Are five hour energy drinks every day bad for you?

Are five hour energy drinks every day bad for you?

Yes: The problem with 5 hour energy drinks is the amount of vitamins they contain (8333% recommended daily intake of b12). This is an essential, water soluble vitamin that is excreted by your kidney. However, taking this much every day could lead to kidney failure or other effects from an excess of vitamin b12. Anything is toxic to your body in extreme amounts, even water and oxygen! ...Read more

I'm using cocaine and mdma mostly every weekend in parties is this bad for the body and mind what does it do in the long run?

Stimulants: Mdma (ecstasy) is chemically related to speed, although people often think of it as a hallucinogen. They r all addictive & r bad 4 your heart, among other things. In addition, you have no way of knowing what else these drugs are "cut" with. Often ecstasy & other designer drugs are made in someone's home lab. If there is one wrong molecule from the last batch, no way to know what bad effect may be. ...Read more
