Left rib cage pain: May be constipation( try milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) x 2 days), could be gastritis, with or without h pylori, try maalox or ranitidine or prilosec, rarely could be pancreas( blood work),gallbladder (sonogrm) or cardiac( EKG,echo) or clot( d-dimer.
