Is 1000 Mg Of B12 Too Much
Maybe: The recommended daily allowance for a health adult is only 2.4 micrograms but depending on other health circumstances such as pernicious anemia or other reasons to have a B12 deficiency, the recommendation could go as high as 2000 micrograms. B12 is cleared by the kidney so taking too much is urinated out of your system. ...Read more
Not usually: That is a safe dose generally. What matters more is the kind of b12 you take. There are 4 different kinds of B12 available on the market. Cyanocobalamin is the synthetic kind, and not as good. More info: Http://drfairchild.blogspot.com/2012/12/b12-deficiency.html ...Read more

Ask your doctor: Postural Orthostasis maybe helped by florinef (fludrocortisone). As it seems you know it is not without risk. Hmmm....: Wonder if calculations are correct. Normal recommendation for potassium for women runs around 5000 milliequivalents per day - about 3 grams per day. You must be eating a very unusual diet. There is clearly no reason to do so. While there is no obvious harm in the short term there is no benefit. The body can recover from most insults, but any extreme diet can get you in trouble if sustained. ...Read more
