Can blepharitis cause pain on your eyelids? I know blepharitis causes redness and irritation, but can it also cause pain?
It : It is unusual for blepharitis to cause any pain. Usually redness, irritation, grittiness, itching and tearing are part of that problem. Pain is usually caused by a stye forming or if the skin is so inflamed from the blepharitis that it is starting to crack or peel.
