Timodine: Timodine cream has four active ingredients, hydrocortisone, nystatin, benzalkonium chloride and dimeticone. It is doubtful that this will have a beneficial effect on labial ulcers which are most probably herpetic. It may help to reduce inflammation, but if it is painful you might not want to do this.
