May be: A form of vestibulitis, which are inflammatory changes sometimes infectious in nature, of the front part of the inside of the nose. You could try the application of some dilute hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip followed by some vaseline or consider seeing your doctor, as he/she may prescribe an antibiotic ointment to allow this to heal.

Nasal Itching: Itching of the nose can be caused from many different causes. Some if the common include skin disorders, such as eczema. Allergies can cause itching, too. How do I get rid of nose irritation?

Get a diagnosis: Nose "irritation" is a very non-specific complaint. In order to know what to do, you have to have a physician who can do a complete examination of the nose and related structures (ears, nose, sinuses, throat) and understand the immune system. Then you will hopefully have a diagnosis and get the proper treatment.

Possibly: Much of the answer depends on a detailed history. Is there a family or personal history of allergies? How long has it been going on? Any different exposures to allergens (i.e. New pets, new house, new job etc.) any other associated symptoms? You need to see your primary care physician or an allergist to give you a better answer.

How can I get rid of the redness, irritation, and dry skin around my nose?

OTC Steroid Cream: One place to start would be to apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream from the store. Because this is your face, I would be very conservative whenever using steroid, so only apply it once a day.

Several options: Vaseline is not a bad choice, but it basically just provides a barrier. Can also consider zinc oxide or an otc Hydrocortisone cream. Generally things will improve within a little time after the runny, stuffy nose resolves. Consider also a nasal decongestant to reduce the need to blow and wipe your nose.

After about a week of using Flownase nasal spray I am getting irritation in nose when I use it. Should I stop?

Yes: Please, it can be from a faulty technique or some other problem in your nose that requires medical attention. If steroid nasal sprats are used improperly, they can cause dryness of nasal septum and sometimes nose bleeds. for now use saline nasal washes till you see an ENT for evaluation, good luck

I have been suffering from nose irritation, sneezing 10 to 20 times a day. Itchy eyes, nose. ... From last 8 months. ..

Allergies: That sure sounds like allergies. There are over the counter effective anti-histamines such as allegra, zyrtec and claritin. You may also benefit from a prescription nasal steroid spray. Sounds like you may do well getting in to see your physician or an allergist.

Can you see a dermat: Can you see a dermatologist? First stop experimenting. The "antifungal" and "antibacterial" creams which you fail to identify may be irritating and probably cause allergic reactions. These will itch. The more you use them the worse you will get. Prolonged inflammation may cause loss of pigment. You might try hydrocortisone cream, but the most important thing is to STOP EXPERIMENTING.
