Is there anything I can do/take to reduce PMS symptoms? Preferably natural. I get very depressed, moody and irritable always one week before period.

Consider exam/test: Especially if you've not had stress impact your cycle before, it may be good to have an exam. It may help get Tx for the IBS too. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Once you hit the: 3 month mark with absence of period - it is best to get evaluated by your gynecologist. Please let your psychiatrist know right away that you are a lot more symptomatic. Your medications may need to be titrated. If you aren't in talking therapy recommend that. Acupuncture can be very helpful in reducing that irritability. Very unlikely: As long as there is a uterus and ovaries are present, it's technically possible to be pregnant, but without Fallopian tubes it's extremely unlikely. The 'symptoms of pregnancy' are due to hormonal changes. Lots of things can cause hormonal changes besides pregnancy.
