Period irregularity: It sounds like your period has returned to its' old ways of irregularity. If you are sexually active, run a pregnancy test. If negative, and you are trying to conceive again go back to the MD to determine why your periods are irregular. ...Read more

See your GYN: You need to see your GYN. The most com or reason women have irregular cycles and trouble getting pregnant is PCOS. It could but: In general irregular periods mean inconsistent ovulation. Three months after a miscarriage might be too early to make any long term judgements. If you desire pregnancy then tack your cycles over the next 3-4 months and bring the calendar in to your doctor.
