Only if you have..: It is virtually impossible to od on iron from just consuming iron-rich foods if you don't have some genetic abnormality such as hemochromatosis. Normally, your body will aborb enough iron and the rest will go out the other end. Hemochromatosis: your body will keep hogging the iron and will cause problem if not intervened.
