Benign most likely: Many causes for twitching which are entirely benign: fatigue, caffeine ingestion, listening to way too much rock 'n roll (I guess that's from my time not yours!! HA!) & the list continues. You'll hear people talk about potassium and bananas & wonder (as do I) where they get such notions because that's NEVER the explanation.
