I have been experiencing involuntary twitching in my right index finger for a few days now and also have experienced twitching my right shoulder I and wondering what you think could be the cause?
Benign most likely: Many causes for twitching which are entirely benign: fatigue, caffeine ingestion, listening to way too much rock 'n roll (I guess that's from my time not yours!!
