No: Skin in general does not rub off breast nipples but when it happens this is not a sign of malignancy. Rather Pagets disease of nipple is not truly a nipple malignancy. Rather the nipple is the termination of the breast duct system. Malignancy developing in the terminal ducts can grow out onto the skin of the nipple presenting with what one calls Pagets disease. ...Read more
