See pediatrician: Were the flu symptoms including stomach disorder? If so, did you give an anti-diarrheal medication? If you did that, it could explain lack of bowel movement. Takes time: "Stomach flu" takes some time to get over. It is common to not have a BM for a few days as there is not much left in the intestines. A bland diet will reduce the bloating. Slowly start adding fiber as the bloating improves. ...Read more

Several possibles: Many childhood illnesses have associated rashes like what you describe. So it could be from the stomach bug virus you had. It could be roseola (baby measles), common this time of year. Also, if she just recently turned 1 and had an MMR vaccine in the past 2 weeks, it could be her response to the vaccine. 10-20% of kids after MMR get this type of rash.
