We'd probably want to know if you had any recent dietary or medication changes, recent travel, recent encounters with patients. Does any particular food or food type seem to trigger this? Do you have nausea with this? Any recent surgeries?

However the corner stone treatment for most of my patients has been diet changes. I usually have them avoid processed foods and gluten for about 30 days. Smoothies & cramps: There must be something in the smoothies that does not agree w/you.
