Hematuria: its to find out if the source of blood in urine is kidneys or bladder. You just ask for microscopic exam of urine. RBCs from kidney in the urine are deformed or form castes or rouleaux. It's not so if the source of those red blood cells is bladder. ...Read more

I have lupus, painful interstitial cystitis, and lots of GI issues. Is it worth trying gluten free diet for a while though my celiac test was negative?

Im having clitoral pain and sensitivity i do have vulvadynia and interstitial cystitis i also have an IUD could any of that make it hurt?

Yes: If you have vulvodynia, I am not surprised that you have clitoral pain. They are related. Have you tried physical therapy for vulvodynia and chronic pelvic pain. If you find the right person, it can be very effective. Seeing a good counselor and addressing any previous history of emotional or physical trauma could be very beneficial. For interstitial cystitis you might want to try a gluten free diet for 30 days. ...Read more
