Not neccessarily: A little more context is needed --- did you reject the psych's diagnosis or not accept it when s/he said it would take some time to figure out what was going on? Or maybe s/he is one of the psychs who thinks the diaignostic categories aren't very useful in teens. There are other possibilities.
