Bartholin Gland cyst: The most common answer would be bartholin gland cyst. These are a blocked gland and behind the blockage fluid accumulates forming a small blueberry or grape sized cyst. normal issue: Dry shaving and even wet shaving can cause this. The hair follicles are growing back and it is itchy and bumpy. Use shaving cream and consider sarna lotion over the counter. It stops the itching and scratching that make it worse. ...Read more

Folliculitis is one possibility. Yeast is a possibility and over the counter fungal cream will fix it. Trauma from recent intercourse if possible. Herpes is an std which can cause this. See GYN : I think you need to be seen by your GYN Dr or PCP for a pelvic exam. It is difficult to know without seeing the lesions and taking samples. It can be STD or a cyst that could be infected and need surgical drainage and antibiotics.
