Yes and no: Stress can lead to insomnia and that can lead to exacerbation of a physiological tremor as well as essential tremor and poor seizure control. Please don't: You must speak with your physician or other prescriber. At your age, increasing the dose of any benzo or other mood-altering drug can be physically dangerous. It sounds like panic attacks beyond the GAD. If Paxil isn't working, a different SSRI or use of an SNRI may be more helpful.
