Friction & moisture: This is not an common problem is overweight individuals. Constant friction against clothing and the opposing inner thigh & the increased moisture that comes with it causes chaffing and lead to clogged pores which in turn causes bumps & boils. ----Lust for pus----: If you shaved there, then yes, it could be. But razor burn that has become infected. If it doesn't go away in a few days after a few good scrubs with soap and washcloth then you will most likely need an antibiotic.
