I am 22 yrs weighed about 325 pbs, my inner thighs have discolration bumps, boils and chafing in the groin area?

I have a lot of small and very few big bumps on my inner upper thigh closer to my groin area. Sometimes they contain pus. Is it just razor burn?
----Lust for pus----: If you shaved there, then yes, it could be. But razor burn that has become infected. If it doesn't go away in a few days after a few good scrubs with soap and washcloth then you will most likely need an antibiotic.
