----Lust for pus----: If you shaved there, then yes, it could be. But razor burn that has become infected. If it doesn't go away in a few days after a few good scrubs with soap and washcloth then you will most likely need an antibiotic. Prickly heat: Prickly heat from the sweating and blockage of sweat glands is a more likely explanation. It may help if you would use different attire that allows air circulation better that spandex does.
