Sounds like teething: If your daughter is not allergic to either advil or tylenol, (acetaminophen) you can give her the appropriate dose to manage her fever and pain. It sounds like teething pain but i would have her see a dentist about the swollen gums to rule out other possible pathologies as soon as possible. ...Read more
