Did you start w/ ur: Internist? A good internist should be able to ask more questions and perform an exam to try to narrow down possible causes. As described, the possibilities are broad including spinal, muscular, intestinal (gas, diverticulitis, atypical appendicitis, other), prostate/testic/epidydimis (if male), ovarian/uterine (if female), kidney stone (can be missed by ultrasound), bladder, arterial, & more. ...Read more

Possibilities: Possibilities are diverticular disease, ovarian cysts or other problems, uterine fibroids, even bladder trouble. If your symptoms change with a bowel movement then that makes an problem with your colon more likely. If you do develop fevers you should be seen right away as that might indicate diverticulitis (infection of a diverticulum) which needs antibiotics. An ultrasound might be helpful. ...Read more

Variety of causes: It might be relates to lower abdominal and groin muscles caused by lifting, pulling, pushing, twisting by over using, misusing, or abusing your muscles beyond your tolerance and limits.
