Get seen quick by MD: Fevers happen when "foreign" stuff (bacteria, viruses, malaria) get into the blood stream. If just the cells of an organ are affected, but the infection is NT in the blood, u may not have a fever. Viruses cause low-grade fever (max 101 deg F) but yours sounds worse & more severe. Intermittent groin pain (not hernia) tension on back of head, impairs cognitive ability, and occasional right arm pain. Subsides with 600 ibuprof. Ok?

It depends: There are many possible causes. An irritation of a nerve in the thoracic pain can cause pain to radiate around one side of the trunk. A gallbladder problem can cause pain radiating into the right side as can a lung and kidney problem. A detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually tell the cause. Consider being checked. Thank you for the question. ...Read more
