Viral-temp: sounds like a recurring or pwesisitant virus. Get a relaiable thermometer. Check your temp and if it is101 or greater, take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) tablets, then recheck temp again in 1 hour: if your fever drops 1 degree or more- this is probably a cold virus- just a rule of thumb.

What could cause an intermittent low grade fever (99.2-101 mostly) for a month? Going to pediatrician this week about this.

What could cause an intermittent low grade fever (99.2-101 mostly) for a month? Going to pediatrician this week about this.

Multiple causes: Fever for 1 month without a clear cause fall under the umbrella term Fever of Unknown Origin. The evaluation requires in depth history and thorough physical. Other required tests and procedures will be at the discretion of your pediatrician. An accurate account of your child's history to include travel, exposures, other symptoms and any treatment before / since fever will be invaluable to your MD.

What are the symptoms of ms? I have chronic intermittent low grade fever, fatigue, leg stiffness, joint aches, on both legs.

What are the symptoms of ms? I have chronic intermittent low grade fever, fatigue, leg stiffness, joint aches, on both legs.

Doubt MS: Early common symptoms of ms include a single neurologic complaint- leg or arm weakness, blurry vision, difficulty in talking, etc. These symptoms typically go away by themselves, but can reappear, with additional neurologic problems. Pain and fever are not typical complaints in my experience.

Not normal: To have low grade fever for the past months. U need to be well examined by an internist who should look for all possibilities that could cause low grade fever.

Is it possible to have sinus infection with no symptoms other than intermittent low-grade fever? Also temporal area is affected, trouble walking.

Is it possible to have sinus infection with no symptoms other than intermittent low-grade fever? Also temporal area is affected, trouble walking.

Possible: Trouble walking is certainly another significant symptom! If sinus infection is part of full upper respiratory infection, the inner ear may be involved which could certainly be affecting your balance. Check with an md soon, good luck!

With intermittent low grade fever, yellow secretions (either nasal or trach), 2+ weeks incl airway inflamm @4day steroid, could this still be a virus?

With intermittent low grade fever, yellow secretions (either nasal or trach), 2+ weeks incl airway inflamm @4day steroid, could this still be a virus?

Congestion: One of the nasal functions is humidification. During winter heater dries out house, and nose has to make more mucus to keep up with humidification. So it is very common to have increased congestion, dry throat in am and dry skin. Color of mucus mostly indicates amount of humidification. Persistently thick secretions (regardless of color) as more likely an indicator of bacterial infection.

Get checked again.: Something is going on and it is certainly not normal, nor should it be ignored. Get seen today, please or call your doc. The CT scan may have been done too early to show something clearcut and a repeat scan will show any changes. So it is a good idea to go to the ER where the first CT was done, so a comparison can be made.

What should I do for a low grade fever for three days?

What should I do for a low grade fever for three days?

May not need to...: The most common cause of elevated body temperature/fever is viral illness/infection. It is a defense mechanism your body is mounting in attempt to rid off the infection quicker--heat speeds up chemical reaction, thus body can work a bit quicker. If it is mild and not causing symptoms for you, leave it alone. If too high, motrin/tylenol as needed for comfort. Consult doc if much worse. Good luck.

Can you tell me how I can naturally or holistically cure a low grade fever?

Can you tell me how I can naturally or holistically cure a low grade fever?

Fever is 101.: Fever is not a disease, but a sign of a disease. Generally important to find out the cause for fever. It can mean something dangerous is going on. If the cause is found, and not dangerous, Acetaminophen works well. Naturally?? Then measures like not covering yourself in blankets, and being in a cool environment, or cool showers might help.

I have a low grade fever but no other symptoms? How long should I wait at home?

I have a low grade fever but no other symptoms? How long should I wait at home?

How much?: Need to know how much fever, and how do you feel. Do you have any risk factors for other illnesses? Fever, in and by itself, is not particularly disturbing and will probably go away spontaneously in time, but if it is still going on in a week, you have other symptoms, your appetite is waning, you are having night sweats, then it might be appropriate to get looked at. Keep in touch. Get better.

I have an increasing bilirubin11.2, increasing wbc18000 esr99 low grade fever. On ursocol tab, how to bring down these?

See a GI doctor: And do this immediately. This bile acid preparation should not be doing this by itself, altho anything is possible. It sounds as if you may have a very severe inflammatory condition with either damage to liver cells or blockage of bile flow. See somebody asap and good luck and hope this clears up soon.
