Pain in epigastric region, pain in the back between shoulder blades, dizziness, lightheadedness, blurred vision, jaw pain, all intermittent for months?
Please elaborate: Is the pain in the joint (TMJ) or in the actual body of the jaw? Many conditions can cause this problem, including grinding your teeth, clenching, an abscess, an impacted tooth, etc. Can't diagnose correctly over the internet... You need to make an appointment with a local dentist.See 2 more doctor answers
It depends: Without knowing the specifics or the origin of the pain, it is hard to make any assumptions. In general, take a mild pain killer over the counter, avoid the painful area, use warm water and salt and call your dentist asap.See 3 more doctor answers

See a dentist: It sounds like you might have TMJ/TMD (joint pain) although without a one on one clinical evaluation there is no way to diagnose (and certainly treat you) over the internet. I suggest you see a local dentist who can examine you to determine the cause of your symptoms.See 1 more doctor answer
I've had consistent jaw pain on the right side of my jaw for two or three months. What could this be?
Several possibilitis: First off you need to see a dentist. You could have an abscessed tooth. It could be a TMJ problem, or a bite problem. Advance gum and bone disease is another possibility. No matter what is causing the pain, you need to see a dentist and get treatment. Pain tells us that something is wrong and may be affecting your overall health.See 2 more doctor answers
What to do if I got rubber / elastic bands for midline correction, causing misaligned bite and slight jaw pain?
I have woken with severe right sided jaw pain. Had the same 2 weeks ago. Can't tell whether it is upper or lower.
Question?: If you are asking what might be the cause, there are a number of possibilities, including sinus issues, TMJ, periodontal disease, bruxism, and a tooth issue. Without being able to examine you, it is hard to tell so your best bet is to start with a local dentist to rule out any of the above issues.See 1 more doctor answer
Iam a 47 year old female I have a lot of jaw pain lately when I get cold it feels like they want to lock up. Really hurts. What could it be?
TMJ: Tmj or temporomandibular joint pain can cause jaw pain, clicking, or locking of the jaw. It can cause a sense of fullness in the ears, ringing in the ears, and generalized dizziness or being off kilter. Treatment of TMJ includes heat to area, soft diet, antiinflammatories like ibuprofen, sometimes a muscle relaxant, and a night guard for the teeth..See 1 more doctor answer

My jaw pain on the right is getting worse it clicks a lot and hurts when opening also hurts when chewing had it awhile but getter worse what can I do?
TMJ: Depends on symptoms, and cause of symptoms. 3 signs of TMJ dysfunction: joint noises, joint pain & limited oral opening. Self treat with soft diet, jaw exercises, massage, heat/cold, OTC pain meds. A splint or physical therapy would be next. Occasionally muscle relaxants, biofeedback. Xrays are done for diagnosis. Surgery usually reserved for serious symptoms not responsive to other treatments.
