I have had an intermittent sharp headache on my right side for 3 days! what could this indicate or what causes it? Please help me.

Maybe: Aneurysm is possible but migraine is more likely. One is rare (aneurysm) and the other is common (migraine). Both cause unilateral, throbbing headache. If you are female, migraine is more likely, If it cycles with the time of month, migraine is more likely, If light hurts your eyes, migraine is more likely. If there's nausea,= migraine. Intermittent Rt sided headache, came on randomly. Very strong 5-6 throbs, occurred about 8x times today. 7/10 pain from Temporalis to upper cheek?

Intermittent unilateral goosebumps (right sided), rt sided headaches (temporal). No significant med hx. Worried-non symmetrical nature of goosebumps?
I have been getting headache twangs above left eye for past two weeks. It is intermittent and sometimes moves to top of head on opposite side.

Likely to be more: constant than to come and go. Neck pain & headache are common problems, though, & unlikely to be carotid artery dissection. If you've had neck trauma or have neurological symptoms (i.e., vision changes, ringing ears, taste changes, facial weakness) you should see your doc asap.
