Viral-temp: sounds like a recurring or pwesisitant virus. Get a relaiable thermometer. Check your temp and if it is101 or greater, take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) tablets, then recheck temp again in 1 hour: if your fever drops 1 degree or more- this is probably a cold virus- just a rule of thumb. ...Read more

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Patients often have intermittent shape or "pulling" sensation that may extend several inches to either side of the umbilicus for a few weeks after repair. Doubt MS: Early common symptoms of ms include a single neurologic complaint- leg or arm weakness, blurry vision, difficulty in talking, etc. These symptoms typically go away by themselves, but can reappear, with additional neurologic problems.
