Probably ok: Your symptoms are unusual because there is tingling on both sides. If it was a stroke or a tumor, it would only be on one side of the body, so you shouldn't have to worry about that. The shoulder is mainly covered by nerves coming from the neck. There should also be referred pain into the upper arm or even hand.
