Hepatitis B: Interferon Alfa 2b can be used for treatment of CHRONIC hepatitis B. It is not for acute Hepatitis B which often resolves spontaneously. I am positive that there are different manufacturer and state sponsored programs that may help you pay for the meds. When i was doing my training for hep.
