Do organ donor centers keep a big file of everyones histocompatability information?

Yes - stored forever: Histocompatibility information about each donor and recipient is permanently stored at each transplant center and at unos (united network for organ sharing). What are your feelings regarding organ donations? Is there cost for family?

I am for it: I am for organ donation. If organs are donated after someone passes away there is no cost to the family for the donation. Opinions on oocyte donation?

In oocyte donation this does not seem to be well elaborated, perhaps because of the financial compensation that is legal in the us.
