Instant Oatmeal A Good Or Bad Carb
I have to cut on carbs. Can I have quaker oatmeal and cereal drink instead of whitebread? . im 33.3weks preg. Pls help?

Possible: Try gluten-free oat to see if causes the same symptoms. It is better to eat this than to not eat at all and eat other foods that are worse for you. There are better choices but you will be fine eating this off and on. ...Read more
