Let's talk about insomnia. Currently, on clonazepam for anxiety but uncomfortable increasing for sleep aid, also doesn't work well there. Options?
Difficulty falling: asleep is often associated w/anxiety while waking up early and not returning to sleep is associated w/depression. Periodic waking is associated w/overall light sleep. Can certain smells or fragrances give you insomnia? I smelled something bad in my room then I sprayed fabric refresher now I can't sleep. Is Related?
