I think the root of my insomnia is witnessing injustice right now in my life & being powerless to stop it. Talk therapy isn't really a solution is it?

I have severe insomnia. Icant fall asleep/stay asleep. Please give me a list of some meds that can help with severe insomnia tht ican talk w/ my doc.

Let's talk about insomnia. Currently, on clonazepam for anxiety but uncomfortable increasing for sleep aid, also doesn't work well there. Options?
