Doesn't matter: Your should limit calorie intake to 1200-1500/ day, stay hydrated, take a multivitamin, and do any exercise for at least 30' for at least 5 days per week. When in your target weight range, increase calories by 300 per say until weight is stable. Weigh yourself monthly, not daily or weekly.
