It Depends: Jogging for 30 minutes on most days and eating a good diet are excellent choices. This may or may not lead to weight loss, though. Weight loss will take place if the number of calories you burn exceeds the number that you consume. When you lose weight, a portion of the weight loss will be from your inner thighs. Probably: The skin of your inner thighs is likely being chronically irritated from rubbing together or against your pants. This causes post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, a darkening of the skin. Spot fat loss does: not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some may be ab or thigh fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy & be physically active. Possibly.: At this point, despite the heavily marketed “miracle technologies", diet and exercise remain the best way to slim the legs and thighs. Sometimes patients do better “investing” in personal trainer and/or nutritionists than wasting time/resources on these technologies ( which generally don't deliver on promises).
