I have thigh pain usually while sitting at work all day. This just started off/on recently. Scale 1-10 about a 3 or 4. What causes it?
Sitting all day, it's the new american sickness. Our bodies were simply not meant to sit. Unfortunately for those of us that have to, that usually means that over time, we will develop pain.
You can see an osteopathic doctor (do) who practices omt, or a chiropractor who can do hip manipulation.

Knee pain has many etiologies, the main ones to consider when there is medial pain are: medial meniscus tear, medial arthritis, and medial collateral ligament (MCL) sprain.
