When you lower your chin, it increases the pressure in the spinal canal and can aggravate the symptoms like you are describing. The hip and the SI joint are also potential causes. Crawling feeling in legs once in lower leg now warm painless burning feeling in both legs up to thighs, stops w/pressure(tight socks), pinched nerve?

Neuropathy: Crawling and warm feelings are not always from a pinched nerve. Pinched nerves are more commonly associated with pain. In this case stretching maneuvers of the legs before going to bed may prevent the nocturnal spasms. You could also take a magnesium supplement daily. See your physician as needed. ...Read more

Sounds serious...: When a person loses control of the bladder, but was fine before... that's a problem. When combined with neurological symptoms in the legs or lower back, it becomes an emergency. In such a situation, one should get an immediate evaluation to see if there is something pressing on the spinal cord, which could lead to permanent paralysis. Pain in right upper thigh slightly abv knee (inner side) and calf with foot numbness on and off and extreme knee pain when sitting, no clots, ideas?

Knee, hip, back: If the thigh problem is immediately above the knee this could be a knee problem (cartilage, bakers cyst, joint problem). Knee pain rarely radiates up the leg. Anything higher up is unlikely to be knee. This could also be referred pain from the hip or back. A good physical examination by someone experienced with these problems should give you the answer. ...Read more

Calf pain waking up at night can't move legs and get rid of cramp?

Calf pain waking up at night can't move legs and get rid of cramp?

Circulation issue: Sounds like a problem with your circulation. When you stand up or walk, gravity assists in bringing blood through your legs and feet.
