Many reasons: Lightheadedness after standing up can be due to orthostatic hypotension if your resting BP is too low or you're dehydrated. It can also occur due to bradycardia, or slowing of the heart rate (HR). You could also have some vasovagal component. Inner Ear/Sensations: Warm sensations with spasms do not suggest to me a simple inner ear problem unless it is associated with dizziness and ringing in the ear. I would have a doctor take a look and do an MRI to see if there is another reason for the spasm. I would be concerned about other neurological problems because of the spasms. ...Read more
